Good Bye
| This page contains the Japanese phrase: Good bye. |
| You use sayonara if you are not going to see the person for a while or never again. However, I have heard this phrase being used in a way that means ‘see you later‘. Note, Japanese have adapted ‘bye bye’ into their language so you can just say ‘bye bye’ as well; however, this is used with close friends. Other useful greeting phrases are: see you again, see you again 2, see you next week. |
