Long time no see
| This page contains the Japanese phrase: Long time no see. |
| This phrases is used a lot in Tokyo because everyone is so busy you just don’t see friends for months at a time. For example, when I make arrangements with friends it’s literally months in advance. Someone said that Tokyo is in overdrive and that pretty much sums up the place – but that’s why we love it. Other useful greeting phrases are: have a good day, take care of yourself, and take it easy. |
